Dr. Steven Morgan and Dr. Mark Morgan are both boarded in Dental Sleep Medicine. In 2024, they became the first dentists in the country to receive a federal research grant from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services for sleep apnea research. They are also associate professors at Palo Alto College.

Dr. Mark R. Morgan, DDS, Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy
Dr. Mark Morgan has been a Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy since 2019 and has treated countless sleep apnea patients in the years before and up to the present day.
Dr. Mark Morgan graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry with Omicron Kappa Epsilon Honors and being awarded the American Academy of Periodontology Annual Student Award. He received his Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University, with Magna Cum Laude and Alpha Sigma Nu Honors. He also received a Masters degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Mark Morgan received his specialty degree in Periodontology from the University of California, San Francisco. He has been an associate professor and educator for several years.
We decided that treating those with sleep apnea is greatly important to us after a family member passed away from untreated obstructive sleep apnea in his 30s.

Dr. Steven Morgan is a boarded Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. Dr. Morgan graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2017. He received his Bachelor of Science from Creighton University, graduating with honors.
He grew up in Austin, Texas, where he attended Lakeway Elementary and St. Stephen’s Episcopal School. At an early age, Dr. Morgan knew dentistry was the career for him because he loved working in his father’s dental office. He realized he enjoyed meeting people and wanted to help them with whatever dental issues they had.
Dr. Steven Morgan received the Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry for taking over 500 hours of post-doctorate continuing education courses across all disciplines of dentistry and passing a comprehensive board exam. Only 6% of dentists in North America have obtained Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Steven Morgan has continued on to take more than 800 hours in post-graduate courses.
In 2017 and 2018, Dr. Morgan attended the Implant Preceptorship program at the University of Texas at San Antonio School of Dentistry and later became a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Morgan is an active member of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Texas Dental Association. He is also a Fellow of the Phi Sigma Biological Sciences Honor Society.
In his free time, he enjoys photography, music, building computers, and spending time with his family. In 2018 he was given an award by the San Antonio Current as a Finalist for Best Photographer in San Antonio.
